Service Appointments

• All appointments must be scheduled in advance unless it's an emergency service call
• We require 24-hour notice for appointment cancellations
• Emergency service calls may incur additional charges
• Service windows are typically 2-4 hours

Payment Terms

• Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements are made
• We accept cash, check, and major credit cards
• Financing options may be available for qualifying customers
• Past due accounts may be subject to collection proceedings

Workmanship Warranty

We provide a one-year warranty on all labor and workmanship. This warranty covers defects in installation or repair work performed by our technicians.

Equipment Warranty

Equipment warranties are provided by the manufacturer. We assist with warranty claims and provide documentation as needed.

Warranty Limitations

• Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear
• Damage caused by misuse or neglect is not covered
• Regular maintenance must be performed to maintain warranty
